Coating your own garage floor is a great project. But the prep is what decides how long it lasts, and it takes expensive heavy equipment, real skill, and a lot of mess.
Skip it, and a floor that looks great for a couple of months can start to peel. We have been coating concrete floors in Edmonton for over 13 years. Now we will prep yours, and you can do the fun part.

Crack and repair work in Gold Plus and Gold Diamond is priced as shown below. Your written quote confirms the final price for your floor.
What it costs
Base prep
- $2 per sq ft, up to 1,500 sq ft
- $1.75 per sq ft on the area above 1,500 sq ft
- $500 minimum
- Moisture check included
For example, a 600 sq ft garage is $1,200.
Repairs and extras
- Crack filling: $375 to $575
- Front edge repair or reshaping: $550 to $750
- Cracks wider than 1/4 inch and previous epoxy are quoted extra
To book, we take a $250 deposit. The balance is due when the work is done.

- Power on site: standard 110V, or 220V for larger floors
What to expect
- A typical garage takes about 4 hours
- Old coatings and sealers are fine, we grind them off. Previous epoxy costs extra.
- Cracks wider than 1/4 inch are extra
